The Tour de Berkshire is an annual event which raises funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
It is organised by volunteers and takes place in the beautiful West Berkshire countryside with refreshment stops at a number of well known rural and rustic pubs.
The overall distance shouldn't be too much of a challenge and the ethos of the event is to get together, raise some money for CF and have a great time doing it with friends and family.
The Tour de Berkshire was created because we needed a more locally based event to enable more of our friends and family to take part and the logistics of entering cycling challenges, further afield, were becoming increasingly more difficult. So we made one!
Last year, with the support of the CF Trust, we were absolutely thrilled that 300 riders turned up and helped us raise over £10,000.
This year we will start and finish from the Cottage Inn, Upper Bucklebury, well known for it's friendly welcome and the ideal venue for our "Family Friendly" event, with games, bouncy castle and BBQ at the back of the pub. It will be a fun day! For more details about the Cottage Inn, please click here.
Lastly a huge thank you to all who participated last year, you were magnificent, we couldn't do it without you and we very much hope to see you again this year.
See you there.
